Attend initial coordination meetings to align objectives and responsibilities with the organizing committee.

Verify the availability and functionality of all required tools and equipment (e.g., laptops, projectors, microphones).

Assist in practicing and operating the slides to ensure smooth transitions during the event.

Collect, organize, and compile all presentation slides and supporting materials from speakers.
-
Participate in and support full rehearsals to ensure readiness and seamless execution on the event day.

Join initial planning meetings to align tasks and timelines with the organizing committee.

Check and monitor all merchandise requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Coordinate and follow up on the production process of event merchandise.

Assemble and prepare goodie bags according to the event plan.

Ensure that all speakers, performers, MCs, and student committee members receive their goodie bags on time.

Participate in initial planning sessions to align responsibilities with the organizing committee.

Develop and finalize the event rundown, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all involved.

Assist during rehearsals by coordinating timing, flow, and stage directions.

Ensure all speakers, performers, and MCs are ready, on time, and well-prepared before going on stage.

Develop and submit promotion plans for Phase 1 (Oct–Nov) and Phase 2 (Dec–Jan).

Promote the event to other schools and external communities.

Work closely with the creative team to execute designs, videos, and other promotional materials.

Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts across official channels.
-
Connect with media partners to secure coverage and distribute event invitations.
-
Participate in the initial planning sessions to align creative direction with the organizing committee.

Coordinate closely with the Marketing & Communication team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Organize and execute professional photoshoots for TEDx speakers, performers, and MCs.
